The difficult customer is demanding customer, the customer is always complaining about everything, which always finds a defect down to the smallest detail, never satisfied, he believes, have the right, you do not like to the contrary, and can be up to arrogant and aggressive.

The first thing to do to deal with this type of customer is to have patience and stay calm, do not fall into provocations, nor argue with him.

We must show a genuine interest in him, listening carefully to their complaints and resolve it as soon as possible, gracefully accepting criticism, giving the reason but not really exists, as far as possible to meet their demands, etc.

An effective manner of dealing with this type of client is offering an excellent customer service, in such a way that exceeds what he expected of us.

2. The friendly customer

The customer is the customer-friendly kind, friendly, courteous, is the customer who always wants to have any business, but sometimes can be very talkative, and lost time.

To deal with this type of customer, we should be kind and friendly with him, but always striving to maintain a certain distance, i.e., do not give much confidence.

We must seek to follow in his conversation and his jokes, but politely interrupt when the conversation is too long.

3. The client timid

The client is the client shy introverted, quiet, in most cases, insecure and indecisive.

This type of customer tends to have trouble deciding your purchase, so we try to give him time to choose the right product, without interrupting or pressing. Or in any case, offer specific products and few alternatives, so as to facilitate their decision.

Also, this type of client typically have trouble communicating clearly what they are looking for, we must inspire confidence and ask the right questions to help you communicate better.

This type of customer, usually is not easy to convince, but if we sell you a product that does not satisfy him, maybe he comes to buy, but most likely will not return to visit more. As always we must be careful to sell what I really wanted to, and try to ensure that you are satisfied. Never take advantage of it.
